What you share with us.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, interests and consent to receive ExBeen updates. Team applications also include your preferred area, introduction and any portfolio link you choose to provide. Contact messages include your subject and message.

Why we collect it

We use waitlist details to share ExBeen launch and community updates; applications to review volunteer interest and contact potential contributors; and enquiry details to respond to your message. An application does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored privately with Vercel in its US East region. They are accessible to authorised people managing ExBeen's Vercel account and are not published on the website. Our hosting provider may process technical information to operate and secure the service. We do not sell submissions or add advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask to leave the waitlist, correct your information or delete your submission using our contact form. Choose “Privacy or unsubscribe request” and use the email address from your submission. Requests are reviewed by our team; we may need to confirm ownership before making changes.

We keep submissions while they are needed for the purpose you agreed to, unless you request deletion earlier. Please do not include sensitive relationship histories or information about other people in these forms. Permission to use a personal story or recording is handled separately.
